Please read the following information carefully.

STEP 1: Make sure that your system meets our "Browser Requirements"

This site supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Netscape Navigator 4.77 or 7.0 and Safari 1.0. Using other browsers, non-compatible browsers or disabling browser features, such as JavaScript, cookies and SSL, will reduce site functionality.
 
How to check for your Browser Version in Internet Explorer:
In the top Toolbar, click on Help, then click on About Internet Explorer.  Your browser version will be displayed after "Version:"
 
How to check for your Browser Version in Netscape Navigator:
In the top Toolbar, click on Help, then click on About Netscape.  Your browser version will be displayed as the very first line in the page that comes up.

Step 2: Check your Privacy Settings

Both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigators default Privacy Settings are compatible with this site. However, if you have made any changes to these settings, they may be causing the site to function improperly.

How to check (and change) your Privacy Setting in Internet Explorer:

  • In the top Toolbar, click on Tools, then click on Internet Options.  
    You will see a screen similar to this:
  • Click on Privacy Tab (highlighted above)
    You will see a screen similar to this:
  • Make sure that the slider is set to Medium (as in the above image). If not, move the slider down until the label changes to Medium.

STEP 3: Clear your Cache and Your Cookies

Clearing your Cache and your Cookies ensures that all the settings above take effect.

How to Clear your Cache and your Cookies in Internet Explorer:

  • In the top Toolbar, click on Tools, then click on Internet Options.
    You will see a screen similar to this:
  • Click on Delete Cookies... (highlighted above). You will see the following prompt:
  • Click OK
  • Click on Delete Files... (highlighted above). You will see the following prompt:
  • Make sure the "Delete all offline content" box is checked and click OK
  • Click OK again.
